Programs
Quality programs - training and coaching: 4c provides education training and coaching to teachers, directors, and child care providers. In fiscal year 2025, 4c trained 151 early child educators who to sit for the child development associate program and trained 5,253 early childhood professionals. 4c also provided 10,890 hours of coaching which impacted 58,676 children. Additionally 4c implemented lena- a program in which infants wear vests with a device that records interactions and provides analsysis on those interactions- in 28 classrooms helping 200 children improve language developement.

The 4c children's services hub program works collaboratively with private and public children's service agencies to build connections to resources within our local communities to recruit new foster and adoptive families in our region. In fiscal year 2025, 712 family inquiries were received by 4c. Additionally 31 community partnershps were created and 84 health and family safety kits were distributed to foster and adoptive families.

Child care careers helped recruit and train 70 individuals that completed the program and of those 52 new educators employed in the field.
