Center-based therapy services - teamability provides interdisciplinary, center-based outpatient therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults with complex disabilities. Services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, cortical visual impairment (cvi) assessments, and assistive technology and augmentative and alternative communication (at/aac) evaluations and training. Services are delivered by licensed clinicians and specialized rehabilitation staff in a highly adapted, state-of-the-art clinical environment designed to support individuals whose needs cannot be met in traditional therapy settings. Each individual receives a personalized plan of care based on comprehensive, transdisciplinary evaluations that assess functional abilities across motor, sensory, communication, vision, and daily living domains. Caregivers actively participate in treatment sessions and are trained to carry over therapeutic strategies into the home and community, strengthening long-term outcomes and functional independence.
