Our Mission is to improve health and housing outcomes for people experiencing homelessness using occupational therapy to facilitate the journey from street to sustained housing. The purpose of the organization is to provide direct mobile outpatient occupational therapy (OT) services to people experiencing and exiting homelessness by meeting patients where they are, such as on the street, shelters, or in housing. Occupational therapy services help individuals enhance function in everyday life and self-care skills, social participation, and environmental adaptation to promote optimal wellbeing.
