Wcasc's mission is to promote active aging by providing access to nutritious meals, lifelong learning, creative outlets, health and wellness activities, volunteer opportunities, and vital social supports.

Program
1. Nutrition & daily meals wcasc provides a free daily lunch program for adults age 60+ and their spouses. These nutritious meals are designed to meet the dietary needs of older adults, including those managing conditions such as heart disease and diabetes. In addition to reducing food insecurity, the lunch program combats isolation by fostering social connection. 2. Educational & enrichment programs to support intellectual engagement, wcasc offers language classes, computer and technology assistance, aging-in-place workshops, tax preparation assistance, and town halls with local leaders. Book clubs, movie discussions, and guest speaker series encourage continued learning and civic participation. 3. Arts & creativity wcasc nurtures creativity through knitting, crocheting, quilting, crafts, puzzles, and music programs. The center also provides meditation, singing bowls, and access to an in-house library. These opportunities allow older adults to explore new hobbies and sustain a vibrant quality of life. 4.
