Programs
Health & wellness - The Kingsley Association employs a broad-based approach to defining and providing health and wellness services. Through the membership program, kingsley provides its members with exercise studios, gym and indoor pool facilities, along with a wide variety of fitness programs and classes taught by certified instructors. More broadly, The Kingsley Association provides additional programs to the general public that promote wellness through education and activities. These programs are delivered under kingsley sponsorship and rental activities, as well as in partnership with a wide range of partners.
