Jobtrain is committed to helping those who are most in need to succeed. Our purpose is to improve the lives of people in our community through assessment, attitude and job skills training, and high potential career placement.

During fy25, jobtrain served 27% more clients and provided 15% more services to our students and clients. This growth resulted from our expansion into oakland and half moon bay, improved staff retention, and effective hiring practices leaving positiozns unfilled for even shorter periods of time.program outcomes are stronger than ever. Career training job placements increased by 26%, career center placements increased by 48%, while average wages remain fairly constant year over year.

We empower people to succeed by providing a way to learn practical skills that are the foundation for self-sufficiency and stronger communities.
