Ohhf's community outreach program provides individualized support to ease the hardships experienced by heart families. This is achieved through financial grants and care packages; connecting heart families through events; building bonds for lifelong support; and creating a network through partnerships. In 2024, ohhf spent 45,006 on financial assistance grants and care packages. Heart family events continued with meals to a local hospital heart center, heart family blues watch party, heart family movie night, and the annual heart mom ornament exchange.
