However, there are instances when those organs and/or tissues are unable to be transplanted, in which case they can still be directed to help others in need through research initiatives. Research and development aids lifelink efforts to maximize all gifts of donation with a shared goal to benefit donation and transplantation outcomes through scientific endeavors.public education: public and professional education in georgia, florida, and puerto rico: the public affairs and multicultural donation education program teams work to provide donation education and increase donor registration across various audiences including driver license issuing offices, hospitals, youth, faith, and minority communities. Lifelink utilizes ambassadors throughout our service areas to share donation and transplant stories while encouraging individuals to make a lifesaving decision by registering to be an organ and tissue donor.
Recognizing that certain communities have different perceptions around organ donation, lifelink created a public education campaign, the infinity campaign. Originally born in puerto rico as the infinito campaign and launched with a primarily hispanic audience. The infinity campaign reframes organ and tissue donation through the lens of legacy; the legacy an individual chooses for themselves when they register as a donor. Traditionally, donation outreach has focused on the profound impact transplantation has on recipients. Infinity introduces a powerful new perspective inspired by one of the lifelink founders, who often asked: "what is your legacy?" the campaign explores that question through the lives and stories of people who registered as organ and tissue donors, honoring the idea that when someone chooses donation, their story does not end. It continues through the memories of their loved ones, the lives of the recipients they help, and the communities forever changed by their generosity. This concept is visually represented through the infinity symbol and expressed through the campaign tagline, "your story continues." in the puerto rico donor service area (dsa), the infinito…

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2017, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2017, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2020 to 2021, from $183M to $246M (+34%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.

Who funds it, year by year
2017 → 2023: the base held at 1 funder, grant income fell $10k → $343.
2 of 5 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 26% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.
From the IRS filings of LIFELINK FOUNDATION INC’s funders (the co-funder graph). Association, not causation. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
How concentrated its funding is
LIFELINK FOUNDATION INC leans on a few funders — its largest provides 44% of grant income and the top three 94%; half comes from just 2 funders.
the vertical line marks half of all grant income — 2 funders to its left
100% of the income these shares are computed over arrives through pass-through sponsors or from payers whose filings do not say what kind of payment it is. Concentration is still measured over all of it, because the money is real; what it does not support is a claim about how many institutions have chosen to fund LIFELINK FOUNDATION INC.
Largest funder’s share by year: 2017 100% · 2019 59% · 2020 92% · 2021 100% · 2022 100% · 2023 100% — broadly stable.
“Effective funders” = inverse Herfindahl index (1 / Σ shareᵢ²) — the number of equal-sized funders that would give the same concentration. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
Where its funders are
60% of LIFELINK FOUNDATION INC's grant income comes from Florida funders.
In-state vs out-of-state, by year
Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $9k arriving through sponsors registered in 2 states is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
