What Every Cure Inc does
Mission
Every cure is on a mission to save and improve lives by repurposing drugs, utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning to systematically scan the world's biomedical knowledge across all approved drugs and all known diseases to identify the most promising opportunities. The organization's medical team of physicians and researchers evaluates and validates these opportunities and advances the most promising candidates through laboratory studies and clinical trials to ensure effective therapies reach patients in need.
As stated on its FY2025 Form 990.
Programs
Ai tool development: in 2025, every cure's technical team continued to build and enhance its ai-platform to systematically identify high-potential drug repurposing opportunities. The team developed and tested three main methods of ranking repurposing opportunities at scale: graph-based modeling of biological and clinical relationships, extraction of existing scientific evidence, and analysis of real-world patient data. Together, these approaches generated approximately 1,400 candidate drug repurposing opportunities each month for clinical review by every cure's medical team, substantially expanding the pipeline of potential repurposed treatments that can be evaluated to save and improve patients' lives.
$6,949,376 spentof which $2,787,334 as grants76% of program spendingDrug repurposing research and development (scientific application): at the end of 2025, every cure had nine active drug repurposing programs spanning from ultra rare to common diseases, up from 5 in 2024. Selection of the most promising drug repurposing opportunities for further advancement involves medical experts evaluating existing knowledge and ai-generated insights. Advancement of these promising repurposing opportunities from discovery to patient impact includes activities such as managing pre-clinical studies, reviewing real-world evidence, performing clinical trials, and disseminating knowledge to ensure adoption.
$2,056,461 spent22% of program spendingEducation and awareness-raising on drug repurposing: every cure educates physicians, researchers, patients, policymakers, and the general public about the potential for drug repurposing to accelerate cures. Education and outreach are central to creating a shift in drug discovery and the practice of medicine, where existing therapies are fully leveraged for diseases beyond their original approvals. In 2025, we reached millions of people with our mission through social media and press coverage, including a ted talk by our founder, highlighting the story of drug repurposing and every cure's mission which increased visibility and engagement with our work. We have disseminated scientific findings through presentations at international scientific meetings, invited talks at research institutions, and publication of educational content in professional outlets to increase awareness among physicians and scientists. These educational activities increased awareness of drug repurposing among healthcare professionals, researchers, policymakers, patients, and the public, helping to foster collaboration and support the responsible advancement of drug repurposing across the healthcare ecosystem.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2022, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2022, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.

Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2023 to 2024, from $3.3M to $52M (+1478%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
Government-grant reliance: 2024 16% · 2025 46%. Grants only. Government contracts and fees sit inside program revenue.
96% of EVERY CURE INC’s revenue is contributions — more reliant on donations than three-quarters of its peers (7% for the typical peer).

Who funds it, year by year
2022 → 2023: the base broadened from 2 funders to 6 funders, grant income rose $21k → $2.6M.
5 of 23 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 68% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.

How concentrated its funding is
EVERY CURE INC leans on a few funders — its largest provides 57% of grant income and the top three 76%; half comes from just 1 funder.
the vertical line marks half of all grant income — 1 funder to its left
68% of the income these shares are computed over arrives through pass-through sponsors or from payers whose filings do not say what kind of payment it is. Concentration is still measured over all of it, because the money is real; what it does not support is a claim about how many institutions have chosen to fund EVERY CURE INC.
Largest funder’s share by year: 2022 98% · 2023 58% — diversifying over time.
“Effective funders” = inverse Herfindahl index (1 / Σ shareᵢ²) — the number of equal-sized funders that would give the same concentration. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
Where its funders are
68% of EVERY CURE INC's grant income arrives through donor-advised or pass-through sponsors, whose addresses record where the money is held rather than where the donor is. Of the $5.4M that is directly attributable, 100% of it comes from funders outside Pennsylvania, across 12 states.
In-state vs out-of-state, by year
Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $12M arriving through sponsors registered in 4 states is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
