In fy2025, 512 households received services (804 total individuals, including 188 children).minnesota housing - housing trust fund subsidies - rental subsidies are an important tool for helping single adults and families maintain their housing while they work toward self-sufficiency. Agate administers housing trust fund subisidies through minnesota housing and served 86 households in fiscal year 2025. 510 board and lodge - this program closed in october 2024. The program provided permanent housing and support services to single adults and was maintained in a dormitory style living environment, where residents were provided three daily meals. Coordinated entry is the county program through which those experiencing homelessness are prioritized to get into housing. In fy2025, 723 assessments were completed with families.

Street outreach - this program provides the first contact for individuals living outside. Partnering with many local agencies and government offices, this intensive outreach connects people to shelter, housing, and other services. In fiscal fy2025, 1655 unique unsheltered individuals were served. Welcome center - program participants and other community members seeking services may access the agate welcome center for mail delivery, resource information, street outreach drop-ins, and other support. Approximately 730 individuals utilize welcome center services each month, and approximately 1230 people have their mail delivered to the agate main office through this program.

The program provided community meals 365 days a year, operating under a "no questions asked" philosophy where no one was turned away. This program provided meals to the community, as well as feeding the residents at our board and lodge and our shelter sites. Representative payee services - in april 2025, this program closed and agate staff helped transfer all participants to external providers. The program supported 452 individuals with managing their financial resources, including budgeting and issuing payments for rent, bills, personal needs. A day in the life (education and advocacy) - this program advocates for systemic change. This is an experiential learning program that gives participants an opportunity to learn directly from people experiencing homelessness. In fy2025, 305 people attended the program. Birth certificate program - this program supports people in acquiring needed personal identification documents, primarily birth certificates.
