As of 2023, roughly 40% of school-aged children in honduras are out of school. One thousand schools is on a mission to change that, by striving to build 1,000 schools across honduras. In 2025, we completed the 106th school, aiming to provide safe and quality education for students most in need.

We currently serve students from pre-k through 11th grade - the final year of secondary education in honduras.
