Program
We work with individuals throughout the albuquerque area. Approximately 45% of our operating funds are from food sales and catering. Our program includes courses in food safety, culinary fundamentals, and entrepreneurship, as well as a 135-hour paid internship. We believe this type of education and apprenticeship for individuals in our target population will allow individuals to be prepared to start their own food-related business or enter the food industry workforce at a higher pay and responsibility level.
