Programs
Sports leadership training and partnership development - our purpose is to catalyze and maintain sport movements in cities around the world. We do this by training coaches and building leadership capacity that will impact the community around them through team sports. We also help local coaches, club owners, or presidents of federations to bring new sports into their countries. In 2025, 78 month-long sport leadership schools were held, which include intense training and practicum. A total of 1,387 new leaders were trained and 721 facilitators helped lead these schools. In eurasia, 71 mini leadership schools were held focusing on coaching and leadership skills.
