What Titus Foundation Ministry does

Mission

To equip churches to raise disciples who encounter, follow, and abide with christ, and then form the next generation to do the same.

As stated on its FY2025 Form 990.

Programs

  1. The titus leadership cohort: a 10-month leadership journey designed to help youth leaders build a sustainable culture of discipleship. Through coaching, collaboration, and practical implementation, leaders gain the vision, strategy, and tools to strengthen their church for the next generation. The cohort program is a 10-month, faith-based experience focused on leadership and christian character development for youth leaders. There were 19 students in 2025.

  2. Workshops and conferences: specialized workshops provide focused, practical training that equips church leaders to address specific ministry challenges. Each workshop provides biblical insight and actionable strategies that can be implemented immediately. Conferences provide inspiring gatherings that bring church leaders together to learn, connect, and be equipped with fresh vision and practical tools for reaching and discipling the next generation. There were over 700 students and leaders who attended the workshops in 2025.

03Who funds it

Who funds it, year by year

2022 → 2023: the base broadened from 2 funders to 3 funders, grant income fell $88k → $27k.

1 of 5 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 5% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.

From the IRS filings of TITUS FOUNDATION MINISTRY’s funders (the co-funder graph). Association, not causation. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.

How concentrated its funding is

TITUS FOUNDATION MINISTRY leans on a few funders — its largest provides 53% of grant income and the top three 86%; half comes from just 1 funder.

the vertical line marks half of all grant income — 1 funder to its left

90% of the income these shares are computed over arrives through pass-through sponsors or from payers whose filings do not say what kind of payment it is. Concentration is still measured over all of it, because the money is real; what it does not support is a claim about how many institutions have chosen to fund TITUS FOUNDATION MINISTRY.

Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $8k arriving through sponsors registered in 1 state is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
