Heavenly home project: the southern california hospice foundation's heavenly home in mission viejo is a residential care facility for the elderly dedicated to providing compassionate end-of-life care in a peaceful, family-like setting. Designed to feel like a true home rather than a medical facility, it offers private rooms, home-cooked meals, and personalized care for hospice patients.

Things like stoicism, fear of admitting pain as a sign of weakness, and the effects of post-traumatic stress disorder. It is also designed to honor our veterans who so bravely fought to defend our country. Volunteer program: our hopspice volunteer program helps to deliver much needed services to support those at the end of life and their families through celebrating holidays and birthdays, creating and delivering bags of love and offering another layer of support.
