Hcrs' children, youth, and families program provides a comprehensive, community-based system of care for youth experiencing emotional, behavioral, or substance use challenges, along with education and support for their families. Services are available for youth from birth through age 18 (or up to age 21 if still in school). Professionally trained staff provide counseling, school-based services, and a therapeutic summer program for youth unable to participate in traditional programs. Psychiatric services and employment supports are available for transition-age youth. Family services include case management, respite care, and support to strengthen family functioning.
