Program
Grammys house accomplishments for 2025 internal staffing grammys house filled several positions which were vacant during the previous year. First, we filled the receptionist position with a bi-lingual skilled employee with fifteen years of public managerial experience. Second, we filled the domestic violence offender treatment intervention facilitator position with another skilled bi-lingual individual with several years of public service include working in corrections. Last, at the present, grammys house is fully staffed and there are currently no vacant positions. This is huge accomplishment for grammys house as we did struggle to fill one evening and one weekend position. Funding and fundraising another accomplishment is that grammys house received an increase in funding from three long-term funders. This was an incredibly positive gain and really helped us increase our budget. Additionally, we also received an increase in overall non-restricted donations. This year, our board of directors conducted a fund raiser within our community. They successfully raised close to 37,000.00 for grammys house operations.
