Our outreach program provides support and guidance to individuals, caregivers, and healthcare professionals our volunteer professional and peer support team visits homes, doctors offices, clinics, hospitals to meet with individuals and families face to face to evaluate their needs and to provide emotional support we also provide resources by telephone or website we meet with physicians individually or in groups to help create awareness of our organization and to help increase referrals we create a caring, sharing and supportive environment where individuals can connect and make an investment in each others lives
