Funders to approach for Montana Federation of Public Employees Foundation

The corporation is organized and shall be operated not for profit but exclusively for the promotion of the public interest by means of charitable, educational, scientific, and literary activities within the meaning of sections 501 ( c )(3) and 170(b )(1 )(a)(iv) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended ("code"). In furtherance of this objective, the corporation's purposes shall include but not be limited to promoting and enhancing public services in the state of Montana by supporting the education, recognition, and development of Montana public servants in the work they conduct on behalf of Montana's citizens.
