What Williams Francisco Initiative does
Mission
The Cultural Center's ultimate goal is to stem violence and uplift communities in Albany. It is a community resource center, located at 64 Quail Street. At this location, numerous events are held with the same goals: education and mentorship, empowering and uplifting communities, and building wealth and reducing poverty. Activities include workshops; job fairs; homeownership classes; mass food, clothing and houseware giveaways; voter registration drives and many more. Please note that we do not add a racial or ethnic affiliation to our name because we want people to know that EVERYONE can get help here, all the time! We have placed our headquarters at the corner of what is considered the most dangerous intersection in Albany (First and Quail) to not only be where we are needed most but to also make a statement that: there is no neighborhood beyond redemption and no problem that can't be fixed through love and collaboration.
As stated on its FY2025 Form 990-EZ.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2023, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2023, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2023 to 2024, from $280 to $5k (+1746%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
