In 2025, the annual conference was hosted live and virtually, and several educational webinars were held throughout the year.viva is sponsored by vpi and contracts with an accredited continuing medical education ("cme") provider (continued on schedule o)to approve credits for physician attendees nurses, techs, and other healthcare professionals. Viva furthers vpl's exempt purpose as both an accredited continuing medical education program and a forum for promoting the latest research findings and technology in the field of vascular medicine and intervention.in 2015, viva added a two-day program, the veins (venous endovascular interventional strategies), focused exclusively on treating patients with venous disease.
