Children & senior programs children programs-outside the normal pantry distibutiions,these programs are specific to ages (1-18) and are short grant driven projects. Along with federal meals which provides a once a week federal lunch we combine summer backpack meals which provides a five day lunch summer backpack program. The weekend brown bag program provides children who dont have enough to eat with nutritious,easy to prepare foods at time when resources are not available. Ripples- reducing isolation in senior populations project is a multi phased project that works to imporve senior heatlh by expanding opportunities for social interaction for low income seniors
