Each year, skiku organizes volunteer coaching teams made up of professional and elite cross-country skiing, running and biathlon coaches - olympians, world cup athletes, professional coaches, top high school skiers and recreational skiers - to provide 50 hours of service in each of more than 55 schools with a focus on remote and roadless rural alaska native villages.
