On-Demand courses: Beck Institute on-line training courses are designed to expand the reach of our excellent training in CBT and CT-R by making them accessible to a broader audience. Through this program, health and mental health professionals from all over the world learn evidence-based CBT from experts in the field, thereby extending access to quality mental health care for the individuals that they treat. In 2025, courses included Essentials of CBT, CBT in Practice, Personality Disorders, Depression, CBT for Anxiety, a Mindfulness course, Suicide Prevention and Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy for Serious Mental Health Conditions (CT-R). We also provide several shorter format webinars. In 2025, there were over 13,000 courses taken with trainees represented throughout the United States and the world.

All (CT-R) implementations involve focus groups, workshops, and ongoing consultation typically for a 6 to 9 month period.
