Health Education & Wellness Programs: Enhance Asian Community on Health,Inc. delivered evidence-based health education programs to promote chronic disease prevention and management across Asian-American communities in Greater Boston. Programs included the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP), Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP), and Matter of Balance (MOB) fall-prevention classes. More than 120 participants completed workshops that improved nutrition, physical activity, and self-care confidence.
