To provide lowbarier housing and essential services for individuals and families experiencing houselessness in yamhill county, while building a broad coalition of community partners committed to creating lasting solutions to end homelessness. Activities include providing emergency services such as food assistance, clothing, gas vouchers, laundry vouchers, emergency grants, and the safe overnight vehicle park program. Additionally, encompass works to develop and operate transitional housing communities for specialized population experiencing houselessness.
