Megaregional leadership, convening, governance, and stakeholder education bric built and convened a board of more than 50 senior business leaders across the megaregion to strengthen shared understanding, priority alignment, and collaboration. Activities included a first quarterly board meeting, an executive committee meeting every two weeks, director and stakeholder education on regional economic issues, partner alignment around shared outcomes, and public-facing governance and meeting materials to support transparency, accountability, and sustained megaregional coordination.
