Programs
Our end-of-year strategic planning session aligned All* Above Alls programmatic priorities to better serve our consitutent communities. We conducted strategic planning with staff and partners and completed powermapping to determine upcoming challenges and opportunities. We also conducted scenario planning for the upcoming 2025 year and how to best engage our supporters funders and partners in advocacy work. We hosted guest speakers to educate our staff and partners on the current social climate and discussed how to best position ourselves for the advocacy work ahead. To support collaboration we facilitated team-building exercises designed to strengthen relationships and improve cross-team coordination. The session also served as a dedicated time for assessing the past years work identifying ongoing priorities and setting objectives for the year ahead.
$197,999 spent24% of program spendingThe theme of 2024s Hill Day of Action was For All* Our Futures. We highlighted our commitment to dreaming bigger being bolder and having the courage to fight for our communities and our futures. Our advocates visited 73 offices from 22 states and territories and more than 130 people attended to advocate for bills that would expand reproductive care and abortion justice. We also hosted a mens roundtable with White House leaders to strengthen our community and highlight the voices and concerns of constituents often left out of the conversation.
$376,515 spent45% of program spendingOne of All* Above Alls major goals for the year was to build powerful coalitions within and outside of the reproductive health rights and justice movements including working within organized labor democracy and racial justice spaces. With these partners we worked to build and amplify power within the reproductive justice landscape through technical assistance. Our team achieved this intersectionality by seeking out speaking and tabling events attending partner convenings hosting monthly partner calls and focusing in on key intersections to deepen and strengthen the organizations broad base of support. Additionally All* Above All worked to destigmatize abortion through storytelling polling creating message toolkits and other innovative forms of creative art and educated state lawmakers on key ways that would increase access to abortion.

Who funds it, year by year
Grant support over time, funder by funder — shade shows the grant size each year.
5 of 9 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 45% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.
From the IRS filings of All Above All’s funders (the co-funder graph). Association, not causation. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
How concentrated its funding is
All Above All leans on a few funders — its largest provides 41% of grant income and the top three 80%; half comes from just 2 funders.
the vertical line marks half of all grant income — 2 funders to its left
51% of the income these shares are computed over arrives through pass-through sponsors or from payers whose filings do not say what kind of payment it is. Concentration is still measured over all of it, because the money is real; what it does not support is a claim about how many institutions have chosen to fund All Above All.
“Effective funders” = inverse Herfindahl index (1 / Σ shareᵢ²) — the number of equal-sized funders that would give the same concentration. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
Where its funders are
All Above All draws 95% of its grant income from funders outside Washington, D.C., across 3 states in all.
Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $821k arriving through sponsors registered in 5 states is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
