01What it does

What 22zero Follow Me Inc does

Mission

To heal and train veterans, first responders, and gold star families using a non-invasive, non-clinical, peer-to-peer, holistic intervention, to save lives and families of our heroes, while ending suicide and trauma with the trauma resiliency protocol and emotions mgmt process.

As stated on its FY2025 Form 990.

Programs

  1. The resilience coaching program: agency peer support for critical incidents and crisis negotiations. Our program offers two distinct processes: the trauma resilience protocol (trp) for trauma and the emotional management process (emp) for negative emotions and self-limiting beliefs. We provide training to individuals in various sectors including active-duty military, first responders, emergency medical personnel, national guard units, military reserves, veterans, and medica personnel. Participants acquire immediate skills to enhance their resilience, enabling them to effectively cope with trauma and significant emotional events. Additionally, they learn how to coach others through similar processes. Our training involves engaging in both the trp and emp processes to address personal emotions and traumas. Notably, these processes do not delve into the specifics of individuals events.

  2. The battle buddy program - resilience coaching the battle buddy program has undergone significant evolution. Initially, it served as a means to reintegrate veterans by facilitating connections with fellow veterans, providing a crucial human connection to a new community. However, it has since developed into a fully operational coaching program. Now, veterans themselves administer the trauma resiliency protocol (trp) and emotions management process (emp) on a peer-to-peer basis.

  3. Bridge builder program the essence of our mission lies in the bridge builder program, which aims to connect individuals from our designated communities - including active military, military veterans, first responders, and emergency medicine staff - with essential services. These connections are vital for swiftly addressing the emotional distress that may arise from the traumas they have encountered while serving our country and communities.

The 3 programs described on its FY2025 Form 990, listed largest first by expense. Program spending in total: $128,649.

03Who funds it

Who funds it, year by year

2019 → 2023: the base broadened from 1 funder to 3 funders, grant income rose $16k → $160k.

4 of 6 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 63% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.

From the IRS filings of 22ZERO FOLLOW ME INC’s funders (the co-funder graph). Association, not causation. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.

How concentrated its funding is

22ZERO FOLLOW ME INC leans on a few funders — its largest provides 57% of grant income and the top three 98%; half comes from just 1 funder.

the vertical line marks half of all grant income — 1 funder to its left

63% of the income these shares are computed over arrives through pass-through sponsors or from payers whose filings do not say what kind of payment it is. Concentration is still measured over all of it, because the money is real; what it does not support is a claim about how many institutions have chosen to fund 22ZERO FOLLOW ME INC.

“Effective funders” = inverse Herfindahl index (1 / Σ shareᵢ²) — the number of equal-sized funders that would give the same concentration. Where its funders are

63% of 22ZERO FOLLOW ME INC's grant income arrives through donor-advised or pass-through sponsors, whose addresses record where the money is held rather than where the donor is. Of the $227k that is directly attributable, 100% of it comes from funders outside Tennessee, across 2 states.

Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $389k arriving through sponsors registered in 4 states is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been.
