The creation and performance of an annual production was always the central activity for the circus. This production assured the organization's artistic integrity and guides the development of its five community outreach programs. Each year, the circus used its intercultural appeal as the basis for outreach to diverse audiences, transforming the circus acts into a resource for physically and economically disadvantaged communities.
