Form 990-ez,part iii, line 28:program service accomplishment 1: education program to prevent children with these kinds of diagnosis from falling behind in school we provide support to continue meaningful education. This includes, computers and assistive technology & scholarships for special and online courses. Form 990-ez, part iii, line 29 program service accomplishment 2: family support program - in an effort to ease the physical, mental & financial strain of having a child with a chronic illness we offer short term financial support for rent, utilities, food gas & other necessities during time of unemployment due to caring for children or due to transitioning between jobs. Renovations to homes for handicapped accessibility with items such as stair lifts, wheelchair lifts, ramping & bathroom accessibility enovations.
