What Xquisite does

Mission

As stated on its FY2024 Form 990.

Programs

  1. Xquisite developed an on-line advocacy academy to train advocates to serve survivors with trauma informed care. Each module has a learning session followed by a quiz; after successfully passing the quiz, the student is advanced to the next module. During 2025 Xquisite subject matter experts researched and outlined the topics to be covered in the 9 modules in the Xquisite advocacy academy, to serve survivors of sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, sexual assault and domestic violence/intimate terrorism. The academy was completed in june 2025 and is hosted on Xquisite.org website, is free.

A survivor's insight helps Xquisite provide better trauma informed care to survivors to assist them in navigating the circumstances they need to overcome, and to be free away from the extreme manipulation and control of their abuser. During 2025 grant funding was used for three advocates to meet with 93 clients throughout the year where there were weekly group meetings. Curriculum studied was written by trafficking survivors about topics that the author (survivor) had experienced when she began her path to freedom and healing. 03Who funds it

Who funds it, year by year

2020 → 2023: the base broadened from 1 funder to 3 funders, grant income rose $16 → $61k.

1 of 3 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 0% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.

From the IRS filings of XQUISITE’s funders (the co-funder graph). Association, not causation. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.

How concentrated its funding is

XQUISITE leans on a few funders — its largest provides 97% of grant income and the top three 100%; half comes from just 1 funder.

Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $282 arriving through sponsors registered in 1 state is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
