Programs
Superheroes of tomorrow enrichment program: throughout the year, wmw visited broward county public schools, and worked with title I youth serving schools offering a variety of engaging, curriculum based age appropriate workshops to students ranging from kindergarten-12th grade. Each workshop was tailored to fit the age group in attendance. These workshops provide attendees the opportunity to explore the true meaning of a specific social-emotional topic and how it relates to them as well as the people around them. Through open discussion, students learn to define the topic, recognize signs and symptoms and understand the benefits of being informed from a young age. Hands-on activities such as interactive games, art projects, and group activities are then used to immerse students in the topic and further their comprehension of it. The current modules designed by whoamentoring works are: character development for students ages 7-11 mental health and wellness for students ages 12-18 table & social etiquette for students ages 7-18 performing arts for students of all ages from 5-18 in 2023, the program served 295 youth.
$23,782 spent100% of program spendingLike whoa performing arts summer camp: whoamentoring works (wmw) hosts an annual performing arts summer camp for girls aged 6-14. This program is designed to introduce young students to classical jazz, musical theater, and the fundamentals of stage acting. The participants are encouraged to explore their creativity as they learn new acting techniques and dance steps every week. The instructors foster a supportive classroom environment which helps participants build confidence and self-esteem. The acting portion also prepares participants for public speaking while also improving their reading and speech skills. The highlight of this program is the final performance, where the skills and techniques learned are showcased in front of a live audience and receive a framed certificate of program completion with a graduation-like format. This empowers the young participants while allowing them to demonstrate their newfound talents and celebrate their achievements. Wmw also accepted two high school interns and one college intern. The college intern received a 1,000 scholarship to go towards the completion of their bachelor of arts degree in theatre. In 2023, the program served 30 youth.
Law of attraction (vision board workshop) whoamentoring works hosts an annual vision board workshop for children and adult women with the curriculum designed with a law of attraction framework. This workshop provides participants with a structured opportunity to visualize and manifest their dreams and aspirations with smart goals and law of attraction principles and practices guiding the plan. Crafting a vision board prompts individuals to identify their goals across various aspects such as career, relationships, health and personal development while also providing a creative outlet. The act of selecting images, quotes and symbols that resonate with ones aspirations can be highly motivating. In 2023, this program served 35 participants ranging from ages 13 to 75.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2020, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2020, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2023 to 2024, from $18k to $18k (+3%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.

Who funds it, year by year
2021 → 2023: the base broadened from 1 funder to 2 funders, grant income rose $66 → $20k.
1 of 2 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 1% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.

How concentrated its funding is
WHOAMENTORING WORKS INC leans on a few funders — its largest provides 99% of grant income and the top three 100%; half comes from just 1 funder.
the vertical line marks half of all grant income — 1 funder to its left
Largest funder’s share by year: 2021 100% · 2022 99% · 2023 100% — broadly stable.
“Effective funders” = inverse Herfindahl index (1 / Σ shareᵢ²) — the number of equal-sized funders that would give the same concentration. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
Where its funders are
100% of WHOAMENTORING WORKS INC's grant income comes from Florida funders.
In-state vs out-of-state, by year
Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $178 arriving through sponsors registered in 1 state is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
