What Watermark does

Mission

Our mission is to increase the representation of women in leadership roles by empowering them to make their mark in and for their companies, their careers and their communities.

As stated on its FY2020 Form 990.

Program

Watermark offers education and community to:1) increase women's capacity to lead more strategically and effectively by offering critical tools, skills, knowledge, and meaningful connections;2) create a collaborative environment that leads to new business opportunities, best practices gleaned from experience, and solutions to business challenges;3) support corporate initiatives to attract and retain more senior women leaders;4) connect an authoritative network of senior executives, successful entrepreneurs and women thought-leaders;5) become more effective leaders through forums, workshops, educational events, and networks;6) offering a variety of programs that support women's development from emerging leaders through senior executives. Within corporate management and on corporate boards.

The first program described on its most recent Form 990, which lists programs largest first by expense.

Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
