01What it does

What Women Evolution Foundation does

Mission

To address the drastic drop-off of women in business between middle management and c-level position by bridging the knowledge and experience gap of women in these roles via mentorships. Women evolution sheds light on the lack of role models for women in corporate positions by providing a free resource for women to learn from their successful counterparts.

As stated on its FY2021 Form 990.

Program

Women evolution will suppport and promote the employment of women in middle management and c-level positions. The organization will provide for mentorship between current executive-level business women and women who have career aspirations of reaching c-level positions. The organization will offer featured and private mentorships to address the glass ceiling limitations. Featured mentorships will be highlighted on the website and will include videos of face-to-face meetings and weekly check-ins that will be documented in a webisode format. The organization's website will provide a platform for visitors to submit video applications to become a mentee, watch videos of current and past mentorships and gain access to information and resources specific to women in management positions. Women evolution will provide one-on-one mentorships ranging from six months to one year which are professionally documented and posted online for others to follow. The website will also provide a resource location for an online community of women professionals.

The first program described on its most recent Form 990, which lists programs largest first by expense.

1 of 1 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 100% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.

From the IRS filings of WOMEN EVOLUTION FOUNDATION’s funders (the co-funder graph). Association, not causation. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.

Where its funders are

100% of WOMEN EVOLUTION FOUNDATION's grant income arrives through donor-advised or pass-through sponsors, whose addresses record where the money is held rather than where the donor is. Too little is directly attributable to place on a map.

Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $10 arriving through sponsors registered in 1 state is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
