Mission

Providing job opportunities for individuals with barriers to employment

As stated on its FY2024 Form 990.

Program

  1. Vsi, an affiliate company of vgs, exists to connect individuals with disabilities to jobs in the private sector. In 2024, 95 individuals with disabilities earned more than $870,000 in wages through vsi contracts. These jobs do more than provide much needed skills training, work experience, and pay checks to individuals with disabilities, they demonstrate the talents of individuals with disabilities and the value that they bring to the workforce. Vsi helps realize the vgs mission of "creating pathways for individuals with disabilities to engage in the community, achieve greater independence, and attain employment.
