What Two10 Group does
Mission
Personal development for people, teams , organizations and churches.
As stated on its FY2023 Form 990-EZ.
Programs
Our primary program in 2023 was in personal, leadership and team development. Through online coaching, consulting and workshops we were helping individuals and teams become more effective by connecting how they were created to what they were trying to accomplish. There were approximately 4 sessions and webinars with individuals and teams on zoom and other online tools. We touched the lives of over 250 people. We also held 1 in person session for a leadership team and one seminar.
$10,000 spent63% of program spending2023 remained difficult on our College Bound program. This program helps families and students navigate the transition, not just to college - but through college successfully. Historically, we ran in-person seminars and workshops, and took people through the College Bound Guide. Most churches and schools cancelled anything that was on the books. We used 2020 and 2021 to start the process of pivoting to more of an online format, like we did with our personal and leadership development work. This meant new curriculum development to offer an online experience with the content delivered virtually. We used some of our contributions to purchase video equipment and editing tools and we hope to offer online mini sessions in 2025. We were still able to get guide books into people's hands on a donation basis to help their transition from high school into college and held in person sessions with students and parents, as well as a podcast.
$4,000 spent25% of program spendingThis part of our program is focused on coaching and counsel of missionaries before, during and after a missions trip. Historically, again, this was done in person for the most part with both briefing or debriefing meetings to get teams ready for the mission field or to debrief their experience on their return. With Covid, we needed to pivot and now work in a more hybrid way, doing both online and in-person sessions and 1x1 conversations. We provide these meetings complimentary to the missionaries. We are glad for all of the online tools we can use to meet with people in whatever way is easiest for them; zoom has been fantastic to connect with people around the planet for these conversations.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2020, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2020, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2020 to 2021, from $501 to $25k (+4972%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
100% of TWO10 GROUP’s revenue is contributions — more reliant on donations than three-quarters of its peers (100% for the typical peer).
Surplus & reserves
Operating surplus or deficit each year, and months of liquidity in hand. 0 of the last 4 reported years ran a deficit.
Who funds it, year by year
2017 → 2023: the base held at 1 funder, grant income fell $600 → $19.
2 of 2 of your funders are donor-advised or pass-through sponsors (tagged DAF) — 100% of grant dollars received. That money is really individual donors directing a sponsor; the institutions to cultivate are the non-DAF funders.
From the IRS filings of TWO10 GROUP’s funders (the co-funder graph). Association, not causation. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
How concentrated its funding is
TWO10 GROUP leans on a few funders — its largest provides 93% of grant income and the top three 100%; half comes from just 1 funder.
the vertical line marks half of all grant income — 1 funder to its left
100% of the income these shares are computed over arrives through pass-through sponsors or from payers whose filings do not say what kind of payment it is. Concentration is still measured over all of it, because the money is real; what it does not support is a claim about how many institutions have chosen to fund TWO10 GROUP.
Largest funder’s share by year: 2017 100% · 2018 100% · 2020 100% · 2021 100% · 2022 100% · 2023 100% — broadly stable.
“Effective funders” = inverse Herfindahl index (1 / Σ shareᵢ²) — the number of equal-sized funders that would give the same concentration. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
Where its funders are
100% of TWO10 GROUP's grant income arrives through donor-advised or pass-through sponsors, whose addresses record where the money is held rather than where the donor is. Too little is directly attributable to place on a map.
Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $1k arriving through sponsors registered in 2 states is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
