Case management: this program assists teton valley residents in navigating the complex mental health system so they get the care they need. It connects people to mental health providers and resources and is open to any resident. Served 360 people through connection to: counseling referrals, health insurance navigation, self paced therapy resources, medical services and other community service organizations, and enrollment in the community counseling program for free therapy.
