Programs
4a. Educational and training programs our primary program focuses on providing comprehensive educational curricula and training programs to foster safer, healthier environments within youth sports. Through workshops, seminars, and online modules, we equip coaches, parents, and athletes with the tools to cultivate positive relationships, effective communication, and leadership development. These programs are being created and piloted at grass-root level and serve to prevent harm while promoting inclusive and supportive sports communities.

Peer support and survivor resources this program offers peer level services to survivors of predatory sexual abuse, including peer support networks, counseling referrals, and resource guides. Our peer support model ensures that survivors have access to safe, confidential environments where they can connect with others who have shared similar experiences. We also provide survivors with essential resources, such as information on legal rights, health services, and therapeutic options, to aid in their journey toward healing and justice.
4c. Advocacy and awareness campaigns we are a national advocacy leader in raising awareness about the importance of creating safe environments in youth sports. Through targeted campaigns, community engagements, and partnerships with major and local sports organizations, we educate the public on the critical role of safety, inclusion, and mental health support in athletics. Our advocacy efforts have helped to influence policy changes and initiate new safety protocols across multiple youth sports organizations.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2023, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2023, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2023 to 2024, from $119k to $62k (−48%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
100% of SURVIVORS FOR CHANGE’s revenue is contributions — more reliant on donations than three-quarters of its peers (94% for the typical peer).
Surplus & reserves
