Sexual assualt victim's care - Metro East Every Survivor Counts (meesc) provides services to adult and child victims of sexual assault/abuse, including operating a 24 hour hotline, providing medical advocacy during evidence collection at local hospitals, providing legal advocacy at police departments and court proceedings, as well as providing short and long-term counseling to facilitate healing and recovery. Additionally, meesc provides community education events at local libraries and schools.
