What Space International Inc does

Mission

Space is co-sponsoring with enomw. Swl & cap international a day of activism at the european parliament in brussels on 22nd may. The femm and libe committees are working on a version of the vawg directive that will be voted on in plenary by the european parliament in june 2023, along with the femm committee's ini report on prostitution. It is therefore increasingly important to raise mep's awareness about the intersecting forms of oppression, the root causes of vawg and trafficking in human beings and the mechanisms of the vawg, including the commodification of women's and girls' bodies.

As stated on its FY2022 Form 990-EZ.

Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.

How concentrated its funding is

SPACE INTERNATIONAL INC leans on a few funders — its largest provides 58% of grant income and the top three 100%; half comes from just 1 funder.

the vertical line marks half of all grant income — 1 funder to its left

40% of the income these shares are computed over arrives through pass-through sponsors or from payers whose filings do not say what kind of payment it is. Concentration is still measured over all of it, because the money is real; what it does not support is a claim about how many institutions have chosen to fund SPACE INTERNATIONAL INC.
