What Pdl Living Heritage Hub Inc does
Mission
PDL Living Heritage Hub Inc.'s primary purpose is to develop a tri-cultural hub for preserving and teaching about the heritage of Pueblo, Dine and Latino cultures, and to create a positive impact of an educational, historical, cultural, artistic, social, ecological and economic nature on children, youth and families in Cibola County NM and beyond.
As stated on its FY2025 Form 990-EZ.

Half of the decision makers wanted to dissolve the nonprofit in 2025. The other half of the decision makers wanted to continue through 2025, then decide. At an emergency Board of Directors meeting on 8.3.2026 the Board decided to pursue Corporation Dissolution after this Form 990 is filed and the final termination filing will be for tax year 2026. Suspension of Business was filed on 8.10.26 with the New Mexico Office of the Secretary of State. Target date for…

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2021, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2021, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2024 to 2025, from $4k to $0 (−100%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
