What Hike the Good Hike does
Mission
To lend a helping hand and improve the lives of those experiencing mental health challenges one person, one authentconversation, and one 'hike' at a time. Hike the Good Hike is redefining mental health support through holistic methods and interconnected practices, building an inclusive global network that connects individuals to nature and community as primary resources for healing and well-being. We aim to enhance mental wellness by advocating for social prescribing through nature, fostering resilience and connection through shared stories and authentic communit engagement.

L2h: l2h is a documentary project currently being produced by Hike the Good Hike. The program primarily focused on l2h (life to hike), an initiative that highlights mental health, resilience, and personal growth through outdoor experiences. Through this program, the organization empowers storytellers by providing resources across multiple mediums, including film, literature, and visual art, to share their lived experiences and mental health journeys. These stories are amplified on a national platform to promote awareness, reduce stigma, and foster community connection around mental health.
