The mandate of Help for Orphans International is to assist orphan children and economically disadvantaged children throughout the world, including the united states and its possessions, to live a better life from an emotional, educational, and health viewpoint. Infrastructure donations to facilitate fresh water and selfsustaining agricultural assistance.
