To provide both drop in facilities and an eight bed recovey home for women suffering from substance addiction and to provide support and training to move on to long term recovery after graduating from the facility.

While in the monarch house, these mothers are able to enhance and learn parenting styles, work through trauma and become a responsible member of society.
