Program
Colorado Youth Matter (cym), formerly the colorado organization on adolescent pregnancy, parenting and prevention, began in 1984 as an all- volunteer organization providing networking and training opportunities for educators working to support teen parents. Cym incorporated as a non-profit corporation in 1988 and established itself as the only statewide organization dedicated to a comprehensive approach to youth sexual heath through systems-level change, with state agencies, school districts and colorado communities. Cym works to strengthen leadership and advance the movement for youth sexual health through training, capacity-building, advocacy, research and networking opportunities to youth-serving professionals.
