What Camp Verde Arena Association does
Mission
Our non-profit focuses on the youth to better themselves with the American West, way of life and livestock keeping, along with an array of multi-events from go-kart races, demoltion derbies, motorcycle races and more for the greater community
As stated on its FY2025 Form 990-EZ.
Program
During the reporting year, Camp Verde Arena Association carried out its exempt purpose by providing facilities, financial support, and program assistance to youth organizations, schools, and other community-based groups. The Association hosted more than 56 events during the year, approximately 85% of which were provided as donated-use events, allowing participating organizations to conduct their activities without facility-use charges. These donated events supported a variety of charitable, educational, and community programs, including activities conducted by 4-H, FFA, Christian School programs, Rusty's Morning Star Ranch for adults with autism, and other local youth clubs and organizations. By providing access to arena facilities and related support at no cost, the Association helped reduce operating expenses for these groups and expanded community access to educational, agricultural, recreational, and inclusive programming. In addition to in-kind facility support, the Association provided more than $17,000 in donations and scholarships during the year to assist participating organizations, students, and community members. This amount does not include the cost of awards…

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2022, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2022, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2024 to 2025, from $84k to $110k (+32%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
17% of CAMP VERDE ARENA ASSOCIATION’s revenue is contributions — about as donation-reliant as the typical peer (18% for the typical peer).

How concentrated its funding is
CAMP VERDE ARENA ASSOCIATION leans on a few funders — its largest provides 100% of grant income and the top three 100%; half comes from just 1 funder.
the vertical line marks half of all grant income — 1 funder to its left
100% of the income these shares are computed over arrives through pass-through sponsors or from payers whose filings do not say what kind of payment it is. Concentration is still measured over all of it, because the money is real; what it does not support is a claim about how many institutions have chosen to fund CAMP VERDE ARENA ASSOCIATION.
“Effective funders” = inverse Herfindahl index (1 / Σ shareᵢ²) — the number of equal-sized funders that would give the same concentration. Trends are read to FY2023, the last fiscal year that has finished arriving. FY2024–FY2026 are still being filed and are shown unshaded; they do not move any figure on this page.
