01What it does

What Camden County Bar Foundation does

Mission

The legal profession is about helping people. The Camden County Bar Foundation (ccbf) was created in 1986 to further that ambition. Among the ways the ccbf aims to fulfill its mission may include: developing and supporting community service programs intended to address existing needs; promote the legal profession within the community served by camden county lawyers; foster a greater understanding of and appreciation for the legal system; to incorporate the programs developed by the young lawyer committee of the camden county bar association into the foundation's mission of giving.

As stated on its FY2025 Form 990.

Program

  1. To help those less fortunate, as well as foster a greater understanding of our legal system, by conducting holiday parties and picnics for underprivileged children, providing scholarships for area high school and law school students, and conducting community events.

Each line starts at 100 in 2018, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2018, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended. The shaded band is where the middle 50% of its peers' revenue would sit, given their growth.

Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.

Funder states come from each funder’s own filing. $79 arriving through sponsors registered in 1 state is excluded from the map and the split above: a sponsor holds money on a donor’s behalf, so its registered address would place those dollars somewhere no donor need ever have been.
