Bright Invention Ensemble: Bright Invention's' in-house Long-form Improv acting ensemble made up of Actors from the Greater Philadelphia area. It's members not only participate in stand-alone performances, but also make up a majority of the teaching staff for the educational programs, and serve as the active performers and staff for all of Bright Invention's special events, community and outreach programs, and corporate training. They are the working creative body of Bright Invention.

Bright Invention is able to engage our community and under-served communities through these types of programs, as well as special programs and performances for other organizations within our community, bringing the performative arts to some places that do not have access to them.

The organization over time
Each line starts at 100 in 2020, so what you read is the shape rather than the size: 150 means half as much again as 2020, 50 means half. The number beside each label in the key is where it ended.
Balance sheet
Total assets and total liabilities at each year end, in dollars. The largest one-year move in total assets was 2022 to 2023, from $87k to $0 (−100%).
How it's funded, over time
Each bar is one year's revenue split into where it came from, and every bar is the same height — these are shares, not amounts, so a year that raised twice as much looks the same size. Hover a bar for the split.
Government-grant reliance: 2020 9% · 2021 33% · 2022 0% · 2023 0%. Grants only. Government contracts and fees sit inside program revenue.
