To provide meaningful employment opportunities to the intellectually or developmentally disabled (idd) population. In furtherance of its mission, the organization will operate a thrift resale store and will focus on finding employment opportunities for the idd community.

Development of supported employment incubator sites: in an effort to prepare individuals for competitive integrated, employment incubator sites were created to assist in skill building and preference development. This includes, but not limited to, technology devices, job-specific trainings, and job carving tools.
